Apologize For Shipping Delays & Bad Communication

We deeply apologize for the shipping delays that occurred. Our city was lockdown for a period of time at the start of January and there's a large number of orders which mailed before and around Jan 5th got stuck at the airport and making matters worse, the airport is not resumed after the lockdown is lifted, the parcels stuck there and finally give a chance to be withdrawn 12 days ago after implemented new and rigorous safety procedures. At present, those parcels have already been transited and processed normally in the next shipping operation center, if yours still has no updates within the recent week, please email us, we will look into it and let you know its situation.

For the orders made during Jan 5th-15th while we were in lockdown, they are finished mailing around Jan twentieth after the lockdown is lifted. But because the airline is not available, those orders are sent via land transportation without stay and processing at our local to reduce the overall shipping time. Also, they've implemented new and rigorous safety procedures as well to ensure your safety.

The orders made after Jan 20th are processed normally within 4 working days, again, they sent via land transportation, therefore not scanned info at our local, the tracking started updating a few days later once they arrived in the next operation center.

We also need to apologize for our absent and delays in communication. Our company was under extreme staff shortage and not be able to operate normally in the past month, the shippers now are still in lockdown district which disrupted our normal delivery schedule, hence all the staff who can come to work are devoted into packing in the past 2-3 weeks to ensure orders can be mailed out in a timely manner. Meanwhile, we have been getting an enormous amount of order enquiry emails, there's only one customer service staff is available, it's a significant amount of work for her, therefore, the delay occurred.  

We are sorry you did not receive your package as promptly as you expected and we experienced an unusually large number of orders, to serve you better and faster, we are working day and night. Please do not hesitate to email us, we're expanding our staff and will get back to you as soon as we can!
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience we might have caused!

Shipping Announcement

 
Due to obey to the government's latest requirements to control the spread of the outbreak, 
all the shipping companies at our local (post office, 4PX, DHL, EMS, etc.) to close for 7 days.


We will not be able to mail orders out from January 9th-15th.

At present, the airport and railway services are suspended, the parcels already mailed out in the 
recent days will be stuck there, if you need to cancel the order, please do not hesitate to contact us!
